Pi Network Celebrates Pi2Day With Two Brand-new Features
The new Pi Network tools shift control from centralized systems to the community, promoting user-driven innovation and engagement. This year’s announcements centered around 2 strategic updates: a no-code AI app production platform and a staking utility developed to decentralize app discovery within the ecosystem.
AI-Powered App Studio Opens Doors for Non-Coders
The heart of the Pi2Day event was the launch of Pi App Studio, a no-code advancement tool powered by artificial intelligence. With Pi App Studio, users can build and deploy applications using natural language instructions rather than complex programming.
“Producing apps through Pi App Studio therefore implies that you are able to own and run a business and product developed completely around your understanding and ideas, which is made possible through the usage of AI and supported by the blockchain community of Pi,” the group explained.
At launch, the app studio consists of two crucial features. The new feature lets users stake Pi tokens to boost the visibility of apps they value, starting today. This approach moves away from traditional ad-based promotion and centralized ranking algorithms. The staking model is simple: the more Pi staked toward an app, the higher it appears in the Pi Browser directory.
