Tea App Hacked, User Data Leaked
A recent security breach involving the popular Tea app has resulted in the leak of sensitive user data. The compromised information includes government IDs, personal messages, and selfies, which were subsequently shared on platforms like 4chan and decentralized file-sharing networks. The hacker responsible for the breach cited the utilization of AI-based vibe coding as a means of exploiting vulnerabilities in Tea’s backend database.

Security experts have pointed out the inherent risks associated with AI-based coding and the importance of fortifying backend systems with robust security measures. The integration of blockchain technology has been recommended as a viable solution to bolster the security of AI-generated code, thus mitigating the likelihood of similar breaches in the future.
